　How to use the tile cutter?

　1. Open the free foot and tighten the nut.

　2. Adjust the size to be cut on the ruler, and tighten the fixing screw by hand after confirmation.

　3. Put the tiles on the platform.

   4. When cutting, first pull the push-pull rod to the back end, let the blade lightly press on the tile, push forward along the main shaft to the front control groove, put the box foot on the tile, and tap the end of the push-pull handle lightly. , The tile can be broken with the blade mark.

　Tile cutting precautions:

　1. Reduce the cutting speed appropriately, 1.4 m/min is recommended. Both hands force the cutting machine table to move forward for cutting at a constant speed. When the contact point of the cutting piece is 10-20mm with the end of the brick, the advancing speed must be slowed down to prevent the collapse angle. During the pushing process, do not press the brick with both hands.

　2. In the cutting process, properly control the cutting speed. When down the cutting blade, it should be slow, and it can be faster in the middle. When closing the blade, it must be closed slowly to prevent dropping corners.
