　　 3. Oil tank outlet valve, and oil filter alarm. Solution: For some types of waterjets, the oil outlet of the oil tank has a valve with electronic alarm and oil filter. If the delivery valve is not opened or the oil filter is clogged, it will fail to start.

　　Two, the sand supply stopped

　　 1. sand supply stop. Solution: The sand screen may not be clean, and there may be debris mixed into the sand, such as small rocks, paper scraps, etc. Block the orifice, which leads to broken sand.

　　 2. Look at the minus pressure gauge. Solution: If the negative pressure is significantly lower than the set value, the foreign matter is at the throttle end in the nut at the outlet of the flask. At this time, loosen the nut of the welded pipe joint, put down the sand control valve, and remove the throttle valve seat with a screwdriver. Foreign matter will flow out with the sand. If the foreign body is too large, the sand box needs to be removed to remove the foreign body.

　　 3. There is no minus pressure. Solution: There is foreign matter or excessive sand accumulation between the sand control valve body and the sand control pipe joint. It is necessary to remove the sand control valve joint, sand control pipe and sand control pipe joint, and use high-pressure gas to remove the foreign matter.

　　 When any of the above situations occurs, the machine should be stopped immediately, and the operation can be performed again after inspection and repair.
