Check the water flow to ensure that the nozzle is normal: turn on the water flow at low pressure to observe, the water flow should be symmetrical, and its width depends on the type of nozzle used. Some nozzles of the waterjet cutter have a slightly wider water flow, while other nozzles have a narrower water flow, but will be very continuous. If the water flow conditions are not correct, it means that the nozzle has been damaged and should be replaced immediately to prevent the damaged nozzle from causing internal damage to the cutting head of the stone edging machine.

　　 2. Regularly check the cutting head: the cutting head is an important part of the cutting machine, and it is relatively easy to wear or damage. Therefore, the cutting head should be regularly checked for wear or signs of damage. For example, accidental contact between the mixing tube and the clamp may damage the nozzle nut and internal parts that keep the mixing tube aligned.

　　3. Inspection system: regularly inspect and replace the vulnerable parts of the stone cutting machine, such as pipes and joints. Numerically controlled front and rear knives ensure that no part of the sand conveying system under the bottom of the micro hopper is exposed to the air. During the inspection, disconnect the sand pipeline from the joint at the bottom of the micro hopper, open the nozzle manually, and place your thumb on one end of the sand pipeline. If there is enough vacuum, the tip of the thumb may sag, otherwise it means that the cutter head entrance of the cutting machine is blocked or the sand conveying pipeline has cracks, which must be solved in order to give full play to the efficiency of the system and extend the service life of the machine.
