　2. The system parameter setting error causes the system number to be unable to input/output normally or the reset condition cannot be satisfied. The PLC software does not send reset information to the system. Check the KA intermediate relay. Check the PLC program.

   3. Material jam, if there is a material jam problem, you need to click the "auto stop" button on the touch screen. After the equipment is completely stopped, the jammed material will be eliminated, and then after the personnel leave the machine and the tool is taken out , Press the "reset" button, and press the "auto start" button after the device reset is complete to start the device.

  Precautions:

　　1. Operators must be familiar with the performance of the equipment, and must be trained and qualified before starting to operate.

　　2. When the equipment is in operation, pay attention to safe operation, do not rely on the equipment, and do not touch the moving parts of the equipment.

　　3. During the operation of the equipment, if abnormal noise, odor, leakage and other abnormalities are found, they must be reported to the person in charge of the workshop for handling.

　　4. It must be executed when the equipment is stopped when the equipment is abnormal.
