The rock slab cutting machine is the most advanced and most popular equipment in the rock slab processing plant today. Its operating and maintenance methods are also different. The following introduces the operating and maintenance method of the automatic rock slab cutting machine.

1. After the machine is installed, turn on the power and check whether each part of the machine rotates flexibly and whether the fasteners are loose. Turn on the power and press the spindle motor button to see if the blade rotates in the direction of the arrow. If it reverses, adjust immediately.

2. The machine automatically advances and retracts the tool. When the tool moves along the worktable to the end point, it can automatically move back to the starting end and stop moving automatically. If you need to retract the knife during work, press the back button on the console to retract the knife.

3. When cutting conventional rock slabs, if the rock slabs are relatively large, additional long pressing plates can be used to press the grown parts to improve work efficiency. The steps are as follows: Lay the rock slab flat on the workbench, insert one end of the long pressing plate into the square hole on the vertical surface of the workbench, and rotate the vertical adjustment screw (please note that the height of the adjustment screw after tightening is less than or equal to the lower edge of the blade waterproof cover Or the height of the lower edge of the blade clamp to prevent the two from colliding.) Press this end of the long pressure wrench (if the rock sample is too small, add a small piece on the rock board to make the long pressure wrench overwhelmed). Then insert the compression bolt along the forming groove, turn the nut and compress the other end of the long compression plate, thereby compressing the rock slab material. This compaction method is also suitable for clamping and cutting shaped long bodies and main rock samples

After the work is over, clean up the residue on the surface of the workbench, wipe off the water stains on the blade and workbench, and fill the feed knife carriage and guide rail with lubricating oil. After the whole machine is used, if it is not used for a period of time, some rust-prone areas in the machine should be greased to prevent rust.
