The automatic rock slab processing equipment is composed of guide rails, cutter heads, rock clamps, speed-regulating motors, electrical consoles, etc. The whole machine has a compact structure and stable operation. The cutter motor is installed on the cutter table, and the plate is transferred to the cutter shaft through a conveyor belt. The motor control part is installed in the control cabinet and connected to each motor through cables. The machine adopts the mode of blade movement and stationary worktable, working firmware, tool movement, and the start and end points of the tool are equipped with travel switches. When the tool table moves to the end, it can automatically return to the starting end and stop moving automatically.

The power supply of the fully automatic rock slab processing equipment is three-phase 380V AC.

1. Turn on the power and start the main motor. The direction of rotation of the cutting blade must be consistent with the arrow.

2. When the blade is close to the plate: stop fast forward and start working immediately before normal cutting.

3. The machine must be firmly fixed on the ground. Connect the ground wire to the ground post screw of the fixed device!

4. When the host suddenly stops during fast rewind, if you want to start the machine again, you must first start work forward or fast forward.

After the machine is installed, turn on the power and check whether each part of the machine rotates flexibly and whether the fasteners are loose. When cutting conventional rock slabs, if the rock slabs are relatively large, additional long pressing plates can be used to press the grown parts to improve work efficiency. The steps are as follows: Lay the rock slab flat on the workbench, insert one end of the long pressure plate into the square hole on the vertical surface of the workbench, rotate the vertical adjustment screw, and press down this end of the long pressure wrench. Then insert the compression bolt along the forming groove, turn the nut and compress the other end of the long compression plate, thereby compressing the rock slab material.
