In order to ensure the assembly quality of the rock slab cutting machine, the operation must be carried out in accordance with the assembly technical requirements of various rock slab cutting machine. Although the assembly technical requirements of different rock cutting machines are not the same, there are many key points in the assembly process that must be followed together.

1. Clean the parts well. Cleaning work includes removing residual foundry sand, rust, debris, etc. Especially some important parts, such as gantry cutting machine, should be painted with anti-rust paint. The oil, rust or attached debris on the parts can be cleaned with diesel, kerosene or gasoline as a washing liquid, and then dried with compressed air.

2. Lubricant should be added to the mating surface before mating or connecting. Especially the bearing part of the head part and the nut part of the lifting mechanism.

3. The matching size of the matching parts should be accurate, and the matching size should be re-checked or sampled during assembly. For example, the matching position of the spindle journal and the bearing, the matching hole of the spindle box and the bearing and the center distance.

4. For the assembly of grinding wheels, the axes of the two meshing wheels must be in the same plane and parallel to each other, and the normal meshing gap should be ensured. The axial misalignment is 2mm.

5. Check whether the joint surface of the connection is smooth and deformed, or trim to remove burrs, to ensure that the joint surface is in close contact, smooth and not skewed.

6. The seal should be pressed into the sealing groove in parallel, and must not be twisted or damaged to avoid scratching the sealing surface.

7. The assembly requirement of the pulley is that the axes of the two pulleys must be parallel, and the center of the groove should be positive. If the deviation is too large, the tension of the pulley will be uneven, resulting in belt slippage and accelerated wear. At the same time, the V-belt should be selected before assembly, and its length should be consistent to prevent vibration during transmission.

8. The bearing should be cleaned before assembling, and the anti-rust paint should be removed before assembling. When cleaning, pay attention to check whether the raceways and rolling elements are rusty and whether the rotation is flexible; when assembling the bearing, a layer of lubricant should be applied to the surface of the mating parts. If the pressure difference is too large during the assembly process, the assembly should be stopped for inspection.

9. The threaded connection should adopt a locking device. The following commonly used locking devices should be selected according to the actual situation and design requirements; double nut locking; spring washer locking; split pin locking; locking washer locking round nut and flower pad locking; Symmetrical bolts should be tightened step by step in a symmetrical order, and the strip joints should be tightened step by step symmetrically from the middle to two directions. The end of the bolt connection rib should protrude from the nut.

10. Checking before starting up. For example, check the completeness of the assembly work, the accuracy and reliability of each connected part, the flexibility of the moving parts, and the normality of the lubrication system.

11.Carefully monitor the boot process. After the machine is started, immediately observe whether the main working parameters and moving parts are moving normally. The main working parameters include movement speed, movement stability, spindle speed, lubricating oil pressure, temperature, vibration and noise. The test machine can only be carried out after the sports indicators are normal and stable in the initial stage.

12. According to the acceptance conditions,conduct trial operation of various rock slab cutting machine and test related items. For example: adjustment and test of feed speed and stroke, adjustment of lifting motion stroke, test of spindle rotation accuracy, etc.
