5. Check whether the joint surface of the connection is smooth and deformed, or trim to remove burrs, to ensure that the joint surface is in close contact, smooth and not skewed.

7. The assembly requirement of the pulley is that the axes of the two pulleys must be parallel, and the center of the groove should be positive. If the deviation is too large, the tension of the pulley will be uneven, resulting in belt slippage and accelerated wear. At the same time, the V-belt should be selected before assembly, and its length should be consistent to prevent vibration during transmission.


8. The bearing should be cleaned before assembling, and the anti-rust paint should be removed before assembling. When cleaning, pay attention to check whether the raceways and rolling elements are rusty and whether the rotation is flexible; when assembling the bearing, a layer of lubricant should be applied to the surface of the mating parts. If the pressure difference is too large during the assembly process, the assembly should be stopped for inspection.

10. Checking before starting up. For example, check the completeness of the assembly work, the accuracy and reliability of each connected part, the flexibility of the moving parts, and the normality of the lubrication system.

The main working parameters include movement speed, movement stability, spindle speed, lubricating oil pressure, temperature, vibration and noise.
