　　 1. Under the condition that the friction part of the tile cutting machine fully guarantees the safe operation, a lubricant with a smaller viscosity should be preferentially used to reduce energy consumption.

　   2. Friction parts working under high-speed load conditions should use low-viscosity lubricating oil, and friction parts working under low-speed and heavy-load conditions should use high-viscosity lubricating oil.

　　 3. When the ambient temperature is low, low-viscosity lubricating oil should be used. Conversely, high-viscosity lubricating oil should be used, high flash point lubricating oil should be used at high temperature, and low freezing point lubricating oil should be used at low temperature.

　　4. Shock, vibration, reciprocating motion and intermittent motion are not conducive to the formation of oil film. Therefore, high-viscosity lubricating oil or grease or solid lubricant should be selected to ensure reliable lubrication.

　　5. If the friction is small, a lubricant with a smaller viscosity should be selected, and a lubricant with a smaller viscosity should be used for the working surface with high surface processing accuracy.

　 6. In the case of mechanical circulation, low-viscosity lubricating oil should be selected. When refueling intermittently, choose a lubricating oil with a slightly higher viscosity; for vertical lubrication of surfaces, exposed gears, chains, wire ropes, etc. The lubricating oil with higher viscosity should be selected.

　　If there is no suitable grade of lubricating oil, you can use similar used lubricating oil instead of mixing . When replacing, you can only choose lubricating oil with a slightly higher viscosity.
