1. Cutting

The blade can be directly used by installing the blade at the cutting seam of the cutting machine platform.

2. Open anti-slip groove

Installing three 5mm resin slotted pieces (the width of anti-slip groove is 6mm) on the cutting machine at one time. The middle of the slotted piece is separated by a gasket. The slotted pieces are three anti-slip grooves of stair tiles, which are directly installed at the position of the blade.

3. 45 degree Chamfering

Fix the machine head at 45 degrees, then move the diamond chamfering wheel to the left side of the platform, remove the iron block adjusted on the left side, fix the diamond chamfering wheel at 45 degrees, and move it to the side of the platform to process 45 degrees of ceramic tiles. If the brightness needs to be processed better, replace it with a resin chamfering wheel and grind it again.

4. arc edge grinding

Move the machine head to the left side of the platform, take down the baffle of the adjusting ruler, and then install the diamond round wheel to process the arc edge of the ceramic tile. If the brightness of the ceramic tile needs to be better, replace a resin round wheel to process the better brightness.
