No matter what kind of machine, for the sake of safety, it will undergo a series of training before operation. The following introduces the operation precautions of the fully automatic rock slab double-blade bridge cutting machine.

1. Before starting the machine, the staff should carefully check whether the transmission part of the machine rotates flexibly and whether the fasteners are loose.

2. Turn on the power switch and check whether the stop lights on the console panel are bright. Connect the start button of the host in turn to see if the direction of rotation is consistent with the direction of the indicator. If it is inconsistent, stop immediately. Press the feed button to feed the motor to work, and control the speed of the instrument according to the hard and soft speed of the rock slab material. And execute forward along the worktable, and automatically retract the blade after cutting.

3. Choose the clamping method according to the size and quantity of the rock slabs.

(1) Clamping steps of the top pressure method: firstly lay the rock slab on the worktable, then insert the top pressure mobile disaster device along the T-slot, move the top rod bolt up and down to select a reliable clamping point, and then Tighten the top rod moving nut to fix the top rod position. Then rotate the ejector rod to make the tail wing of the mobile fixture and the plane of the worktable form a dead angle, and the ejector rod can hold the rock slab. At the same time, tighten the ejector pin and cap to prevent the ejector pin from loosening during cutting.

(2) Clamping step of pressing plate method: Lay the rock slab flat on the worktable, insert one end of the long pressing plate into the square hole on the vertical surface of the worktable, and rotate the adjusting screw to press this end of the long pressing plate (such as sample If it is too small, a small wooden block can be added to the sample so that the long pressing plate can be pressed to the rock sample). Then insert the pressure plate bolts along the T-slot, rotate the nut, and press the other end of the long pressure plate to press the sample.

4. Put the rock slab on the workbench and use the top pressure method or the pressure plate method to fix the rock slab, and close the sealing opening.

5. Connect the water source.

6. Start the host switch, press the feed button, turn the speed control knob to control the feed amount (the rock speed is generally 100~150 rpm, the speed of the medium hard type-generally 150~200 rpm) start Cutting work.

7. Strictly monitor the console during the cutting process, and always pay attention to whether the coolant flow is sufficient to prevent insufficient cold cutting.

8. When the cutter moves to the end, it needs to wait until the blades are all out of work before stopping the main engine and cooling liquid, and then open the closed port.

9. After use, turn off the switch, cut off the power supply, clean the residue on the work surface, wipe off the water stains on the blade and work surface, and fill in the lubricating oil for the blade carriage, the blade shaft and the guide rail.

10. During the operation of the main engine, no human body parts such as head, hands, etc. shall be extended into the range of mechanical stroke.

11. Pay attention to the operating conditions during use. If there is any abnormality, stop the machine immediately and notify the Material Security Department for inspection and maintenance. Use only after the maintenance is qualified.
