If the lubricating oil is not changed correctly, check whether the longitudinal rails are working properly. Check whether the cutting torch is loose, remove the rubbish on the igniter, and keep the ignition normal. If there is an automatic height adjustment device, check whether it is sensitive and whether the probe is replaced.

　　 Check whether there is rubbish at the air inlet, and whether the valve and pressure gauge are working properly. Check whether there are various air pressures. Maintain the pressure reducing valve, adjust the pressure reducer, and adjust the pressure gauge to the required pressure.

　　 When adjusting the automatic sintered stone cutting machine, it should be ensured that the pressure reducer can be continuously adjusted. If the safety valve is not continuously adjusted or the gas leaks, a new pressure reducer must be replaced. Self-folding gas parts can damage the equipment and even cause serious personal injury.

　　 Check whether all pipe joints are loose and whether all pipes are broken. Tighten or replace if necessary. Before cutting, you must check whether the type of cutting nozzle is consistent with the use of gas cutting gas and the thickness of the cut steel plate. The cutting nozzle should not exceed the scope of use.
