5. Too loose belt of machine head leads to insufficient strength loss of blade when cutting brick, which leads to ceramic edge collapse. Therefore, adjust the motor and headband according to the situation.

6. The bearing of cutting spindle is damaged. When cutting, the sound of the cutter head is abnormal. Gently shake the cutting blade by hand. If it is loose, the bearing of the cutter head needs to be replaced.
