How to operate correctly during the operation of the machine?

1. After the rock slab cutting machine is installed smoothly, turn on the external power supply of the control box, check whether the various parts of the machine are flexible and whether the fasteners are loose, turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light is on.

2. Turn on the switch of the cutting blade and observe whether the rotation direction of the cutting blade is consistent with the arrow on the cover. If it is opposite, adjust it.

3. According to the size of the workpiece, the gear speed can be adapted to the soft or hard.

4. The double-blade rock slab cutting machine generally has two sets of 50mm and 100mm special cushions, which can be used for 50-150 cubic or 50-150 round specimens interchangeably, or both sets can be used together .

5. Connect the tap water directly, and have enough water sprayed on the blades. Before loading the rock slab material, press the start button to run for a few minutes, and then tighten the blade nut again with a wrench.

6. According to different thickness of rock slabs, different clamping methods are adopted, and the splint must be clamped to prevent loose cutting, damage to the blade, and accidents.

7. When working, start the motor first, and then press the feed button. The feed speed can be adjusted according to the hardness of the rock slab and the size of the contact surface between the test piece and the blade.

8. After the rock slab cutting machine is completed, it is necessary to clean up the debris on the workbench in time, and regularly apply lubricating oil to each bearing shaft (without lubricating oil, you can replace it with butter or engine oil).
